First Visit
"This is by far the best dental experience I have ever had. I'm currently going through a very tough time in my life and I have truly never meet more sincerely concerned people in one office. I could never thank you all enough."
-C.G.
Before you come in for your first visit, save time by printing off, filling out and bringing in the "New Patient Forms" from the bottom right side of our website.
When you come in for your first visit at The Perfect Smile, you will be greeted and offered a complimentary snack and beverage. If you have any questions or concerns about your appointment feel free to ask one of our team members and they will happily assist you.
You will then be taken to one of our state-of-art exam rooms where a member of our staff will be waiting and fully up-to-date on your case. X-rays will be taken, and an exam will be given to asses if there is treatment necessary. If so, Dr. Davis will discuss the appropriate treatment plan and answer any questions you may have. If treatment is necessary, our Financial Coordinator will meet with you to discuss the treatment time-frame, payment options and insurance benefits.
We strive to give you all the information necessary so that YOU can decide the course of treatment that best fits your needs and expectations.
Children's First Visit
We know that a child's first visit to the dentist can be an anxious event and we do everything we can to make your child as comfortable with our staff, office, and the new experience as possible.
We offer Free, 10-minute "Happy Visit" in which we give them a ride in the Hygienist's chair, show them the lights and sounds of our polishing tools, give them a "tooth count" and end the appointment with a balloon, toothbrush and toy from our treasure chest!
It is a very relaxed, non-threatening way to introduce your child to our office environment, staff and dental visits in general. Be sure to talk to your child ahead of time and emphasize that going to the dentist will be fun, and let us know of any special needs or concerns you or your child have before your first visit.
In subsequent visits we give special rewards for things like "No Cavities" or "No More Thumb Sucking" and they always get to choose a toy from the treasure chest.
